About the Role
Seeking results-driven Sales Representatives with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and acquire new customers.
Present, promote and sell products and services to existing and prospective customers.
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and complete the sales cycle.
Expedite the resolution of customer inquiries to maximize satisfaction.
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
Track progress and sales via CRM system.
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Learn best practice and promotional trends utilized in our industry.
Continuously improve through the use of feedback and learning opportunities.
This role is 100% remote. On occasion, you may be asked to attend an event in your local area, however it is encouraged that you have a proper work from home environment where you will not be disturbed during working hours. Must have the equipment necessary to work remotely.
Requirements
Proven work experience as a sales representative
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Intermediate level skills working with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Previous experience working with a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)
Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
Prioritizing, time management and organization skills
Ability to influence social media audiences
Facilitation skills that can be tailored to an audiences need
